Who is responsible
Pedro Padilla Molina (PPadilla99) runs Voley Fantasy (voleyfantasy.com). For any question about your data, write to pedropadillamolina@gmail.com.
What we store
- Your account: username, email, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), language and whether you verified your email. If you sign in with Google, also your Google account ID and the email linked to it.
- Your game: your players and roster, packs, votes, weeks, campaign matches, achievements, badges, your court, notifications and tutorial progress.
- What you send us: Feedback messages and photo, position or number suggestions for catalog players.
- Technical data: the IP address and browser you visit with, kept in the server logs for 14 days.
We never ask for payment details: the game is free and Rochelitos can't be bought with money.
What we use it for
- So you can play: creating your account, saving your game and showing the rankings, where your username appears (never your email).
- To send you the verification email and reply to you in Feedback.
- To keep the site secure and fix bugs, using the technical logs.
The legal basis is providing the service you ask for when you sign up and, for technical logs and security, our legitimate interest in the site working properly. We don't sell your data, show ads or build commercial profiles.
Who we share it with
- Oracle Cloud, which hosts the site and its database in its Madrid data centre (European Union).
- Google, through Gmail, to send the site's emails such as the verification email. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google also knows you signed in to Voley Fantasy. Google may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards the law requires (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
We don't give your data to anyone else unless a law or a court requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We only use technical cookies, needed for the site to work, so we don't ask for consent:
- voley_fantasy_session: keeps you signed in while you browse. It expires after two hours without activity.
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against forged submissions.
- remember_web_…: only if you tick "Remember me", so you don't have to sign in again.
Your browser's storage keeps a few preferences: light or dark theme, match speed and Auto mode, and whether you collapsed the tutorial panel. We don't use analytics, ads or third-party cookies.
How long
Your account and game data are kept for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we do; it may remain a few more days in backups, which are replaced regularly. Technical logs are deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it (and your account with it), restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Write to pedropadillamolina@gmail.com or use Feedback on the site. You can change your username, email, password and language yourself in Settings.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 to sign up, the age from which Spanish law lets you give your data yourself.
Catalog players' data
The catalog includes real players and coaches: their name, team, position and number, taken from the public information of the Andalusian Volleyball Federation competitions, and some photos. In-game ratings come from users' votes and are not an official opinion about anyone. If you appear in the catalog and want us to correct or remove your data or photo, write to us and we will.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is important, let you know on the site.
